"This is hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Then, to make it even better, the view is picture perfect and it is right across the street from the beach. Last, it is in easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back!"

"We love the location and the little village of Patelli. It was very quaint. There are only a couple of restaurant opportunities within walking distance and a cute little store. The view from the place was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this place. Other than the places described above, you absolutely have to drive to get to Lerichi and La Spezia— those places are way too far to walk."

"This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20 minutes. The people are very accommodating and helped us with transportation and were always able to get a taxi for us. Would recommend if you do not mind being a ways out of the city."
