"We found the location to be inconvenient, not located near a train station with a few shuttle options though the shuttles seemingly don't run on Sundays? Breakfast options were okay but did cost per person. We spent some time sitting around the pool relaxing and actually got locked out of the hotel. Took some time to get attention of an employee to be let back in, though they did not unlock the doors so we propped them open to continue enjoying the pool area."

"The property is in prime location and the staff were lovely and the room was large and generous and with views that go on forever and are great to wake up to."

"We stayed here while exploring the Sorrento and Amalfi area. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, but close enough to get to everything quickly. The rooms were very nice and clean. The views are amazing, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Also, the dinner we had at Lucilla was one of the best of our trip."
