"We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency in Incline Village! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. We came from a terrible experience at another hotel in South Lake Tahoe, and without even knowing that, the Hyatt team completely turned our trip around. Check-in was smooth and warm. A special shoutout to Natasha at the front desk—her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel so cared for. From room upgrades, to late check out, to birthday treats for me and my dog sent to the room, etc. All done without us even asking or hinting for it. The staff across the board went above and beyond, often doing thoughtful things without being asked. For example, valet made sure our car was fully charged every time we picked it up—without us requesting it. The property is stunning and incredibly dog-friendly. There are spacious areas for dogs to play, and it’s conveniently located next to a dog park. My dog was just as pampered as we were! Hyatt transformed what started as a disappointing birthday getaway into a truly memorable one. The level of service here is in a different league—especially compared to The Landing, where we felt unwelcome and overlooked despite paying premium prices. The Landing treated us like we should be thanking them for allowing us to stay there. We’ll absolutely be back. If you’re coming to Lake Tahoe—especially with a pet—this is the place to stay."

"My husband and I had stayed in this unit before. This time, we stayed for 11 nights in this very nice condo. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The deck (with a gas grill) is mostly private and is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, an evening beverage, or just relaxing in peaceful surroundings. (A plus: The lamps have bright enough bulbs to read by, unlike most other condos.) Check-in and check-out are easy. Hint: Take a short walk down Incline Way to a nice path through the forest for a pleasant walk to Lakeshore Blvd. "

"We highly recommend this vacation home. We enjoyed our stay at the property and appreciate the communication with the owners and the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were extra blankets and pillows and restrooms were well stocked. The only issue we had was when we ran out of pellets bbqing dinner. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough to cook all the meat but we were able to finish it in the oven. We hadn’t used a pellet bbq and it could have easily been our fault the pellets burned too quickly. Overall, we were thrilled with our stay. The surrounding area was great for walking our pups and the property was clean, quiet, and felt safe. We will definitely stay here in the future. "

"We attended a conference at the Hyatt and this condo is a short 5 minute walk across the street. The layout was great and we appreciated that it’s basically 2 master bedrooms. We had everything we needed during our stay and Mimi was great and quick to respond when we had a question. "

"The property was comfortable and spacious. The beds were terrific and the hot water plentiful. The cleaning was just ok, floors were the problem, we did a go through in the beginning. There were basic essentials missing. No scrubbing sponge or brush for dishes. The vacuum gave up after 30 seconds despite long charging. There was no pepper, cooking oil or coffee. Many things in town are closed until May, but the food places we went to were great and the people very friendly. Nicest bowling alley I’ve ever seen. Pro tip: Don’t park under the trees, the sap will get your car. "
