"Elevator was broke. They switched my room to accommodate the elevator broken to a smaller room. However room smelled old. Needs updating in bathroom (caulking/fixature) carpet had a stench. Some employees were nice. Breakfast was horrible limited good options and food was either tasteless or overcooked. Would not recommend stay here.pending refund for room downgrade."

" The water park was fun. Great for all ages. Water slides, a pool with basketball hoops, wave pool for the the older kids. Two nice size kiddy sections with smaller slides and other fun things. Life guards were watchful. Room was very clean. Bring food and drinks as they were overpriced. Great experience overall. "

"I appreciated the quick service of getting us checked in, with charges for the room after checkout. Everything was clean, and the staff was professional and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect, with enough food for a teen boy getting ready for a sports tournament. I loved the location and how we were close to everything we needed. I also felt safe in the area we were."

"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! The first room we were in, my husband sat on the bed and at sank almost to the floor. The pull out bed was trashed, torn, stained and gross! No clean sheets, etc. I wish I could attach pictures. We were moved to another room SLIGHTLY better. No clean sheets, sticky floor, terrible smell, no soap in the room at all. The bed was horrible. Breakfast was hardly anything and not good at all. I called to request a refund and was told because I booked through Expedia, there was no way for them to refund me. I know this is a lie because I have been refunded by a hotel I booked through Expedia before. Instead, I was offered a complimentary stay…like I would want to go back there for any reason? "
