" First of all, when I got there, they need to do something about their lines. I understand that pilots and flight attendants come in for a restful night, but please respect other people when they arrive as well. I am a paying customer and should be taken care of too. You don’t know if I just got off a flight and was trying to get somewhere as well. Other than that, I would like my funds back because the hotel was dirty and I had to switch rooms twice. When I did switch rooms, the room was okay, but I wiped off as much as I could myself. When I took a bath, the water would not go down the drain. I didn’t have time to stop at the front desk because I had to get back on my flight, so that’s why I’m sending this message so someone can reach out to me. This hotel represents itself as a good hotel, but there were too many coworkers standing in the hallway just looking at you. Please do not put me on a floor where your employees stay — it feels kind of weird and uncomfortable. I also feel like this hotel is under different management because it used to be different people who respected your boundaries and the hotel used to smell fresh. The pool was out, things were everywhere, and if you want people to book with you, you should let customers know ahead of time that the pool and breakfast are not available. This experience was upsetting one star"

These issues significantly impacted the stay. While the concerns were acknowledged, they were not properly resolved during my stay. I booked through Expedia using a combination of OneKeyCash and my card, and given the circumstances, I do not feel the value paid was delivered. I am currently working through resolution, but overall this experience did not meet expected standards.”"
