Busy weekend between graduations and travel baseball but hotel staff handled everything efficiently and quickly. Always our Fav Hotel chain. Safe area, comfy beds, quiet rooms.

Didn’t know parking was not included ahead of time.

Staff was super friendly at checkin. Room is spacious. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that has really good pizza.

Great staff, clean location. Great experience.

Nice room, clean. Hotel was close to restaurants and easy access to I 25. Only had one breakfast but it too was good. This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. Will stay here again when I visit Albuquerque

This is our 3rd stay at this Hyatt. Every time, it has been clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff always friendly.

They offered free nachos and soft drinks from 5 to 630 pm.

Since marijuana is legal in Colorado there was, unfortunately, an overwhelming smell of weed in my first room. I had to ask to be moved because as the front desk explained to me, the area and floor I was on was above the smoking floor and my room was sharing the venting with those rooms. They were able to move me to the second floor. It is a pet friendly hotel but there was no area to walk your pet. Nice area

Excellent value. The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and well attended. Would stay here again.

Airport shuttle

Good location. Good breakfast. Attentive staff. Difficulty staying connected to the Internet. Overall experience is very good and very competitively price, when compared to Hilton Suites in Phoenix.

This was a very nice property. We had stayed at another Holiday Inn Express the night before that was the exact opposite so they redeemed themselves here. Their breakfast buffet went above and beyond anything I've seen at similar hotels in recent years. Everything was great and we'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

We discovered our duvet had blood on it from a previous guest. Attempted to contact the front desk with no response. We had to remove it and use our own blanket. The next morning I text the number they contacted me on and was instructed I could come down and get fresh linen. Unacceptable!!

Very nice hotel in convenient location - close to interstate and restaurants.

Great place to stay, except the bathroom door is practically see through so when someone uses it in the middle of the night, the light blasts through and wakes everyone up and you can see whoever is taking a shower. not cool when you're traveling with kids.

Great location close to freeway but quiet. Hotel was very high quality for the money and pet friendly!
