"We loved our stay at Busta and only wished we had another day there. Staff was fantastic. The front living room for tea, whiskey or just hanging out was spectacular in charm and comfort. Historic place visited by Queen Elizabeth in 1960. Connection to Shetland TV show adds another fun feature. Great location — less than an hour from Lerwick and close to north and west mainland areas. "

"Exceptional service, food options for Gluten-free were numerous and very tasty. Restaurant pricing was reasonable. Really enjoyed the service at this hotel. The staff are just lovely. The property is a little dated to look at, but is very clean and comfortable. Lots of gathering areas thoughout hotel and very good sized rooms. Would recommend and will return if possible. "

"Everyone at the hotel was concerned for our comfort and well-being, they were very flexible when our travel plans were unexpectedly extended, the food was delicious, and it was an excellent base to explore Shetland. Would highly recommend!"

"Spacious, clean and well appointed. Fabulous view over the harbour. A welcoming and helpful host added to our wonderful stay. Recommend without hesitation. Easy street parking. As the name suggests, a penthouse apartment requires some steps to climb. Great location with co-op supermarket near by and an easy 5 min walk into main street."

"It was our first time in Shetland and from the day we arrived the staff could not have done anything more for us they went over and above to help us with places to go things to see . We arrived 5 hours early and they still let us check in so we could catch up on some sleep, Scott and Curtis are just fantastic they also go over and above to help they so friendly and happy which was nice to see and the singing was not to bad either ,The hotel is located in a very central location as there is a Chinese five minutes up the road and a chippy two minutes walk down from the hotel and a coop at the bottom of the hill , that is of course if you don’t want to eat in the hotel as the food is just as good too. I would certainly recommend this hotel."
