"We absolutely loved this guesthouse! We stayed there for 5 nights in May and it was lovely! The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks away from the historical district (an easy walk and we felt safe walking at night). The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious!! We loved the warm cake served every afternoon at 5pm - what a treat! The staff were friendly and helpful. "Fasano Angra dos Reis delivers on the luxury experience. The rooms are excellent and the facilities - sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor pools are top tier. The one area that falls short: food options. For a resort this remote (and this caliber), two restaurants and a café isn’t enough. The main restaurant is Italian and genuinely good, but there’s no variety, minimal healthy or gluten-free alternatives, and given the location, you’re not really leaving the property for meals.
