"This property was our favorite house we have rented in Vegas yet. We have rented about six in the last two years. The area of summerlin for me cannot be beat. The home was in a very quiet safe and charming neighborhood. Easy access to both local highways. The house decor is very cute the beds extremely comfy which is very important when you stay for a month! The pool nicely heated. The hosts where very easy to deal with. No real issues that where not resolved immediately. The house came very well equipped with basic supplies. It was perfect for us we where only two people so perfect size. I worked from there so great to have a desk set up in one of the bedrooms so did not bother my husband while I was working. Great wifi, many streaming channels. Such pretty view of the mtns out the back. Love the location and would rent again in a heartbeat without a thought. Just felt like home ! Smiths grocery on lake mead highway pretty easy to get to and probaly best grocery market there I have found. The farmers market in downtown summerlin on sat was really cute and great fruit and veggies along with some other nice vendors. All in all a great stay felt very safe!"
