"The stay was good and located close to everything in Put In Bay, which made easy walking to see sights. The room had several beds to sleep on. We chose the bed on the right of the room to sleep in, only to find the mattress sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming of mattress, mattress is wore out on the left side and the right side, kept sliding to the middle of the bed. We didn't try the other beds due to not wanting to mess up a bunch of beds for them to make. Staff was friendly and...

"Check in went smoothly and the room was clean upon arrival. We were on the 1st floor near the waterpark so it was pretty ideal. My only complaint is that during the week the slides, water coaster and hot tub were closed. There was still a few things to do but the main attractions were closed so we chose to skip it the last couple of days during our stay. Being this close to Cedar Point with the option of an indoor waterpark for the rain days is super ideal."

"The staff were SO kind and helpful. Betty is an angel! We loved her. The entire facility was clean. The pool and hot tub were both the perfect temperature and VERY clean. Our family loved the long open hours. The outside does look old but don't let that fool you. The rooms are nice and well-maintained. We would absolutely stay again!"

"Overall an excellent experience and stay. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the water park staff. The water park wasn’t crowded and it was clean. The only item that wasn’t amazing was our suite’s bathroom, which could use an update and a deep clean. All in all, we loved the hotel and will return."
