"Nice theres a movie's attached with hally hour prices. Pool amd hot tub are OK. If you travel on a Sunday DO NOT RELY on their shuttle even if you booked it. Between poor organized staff, excess visitors and inpatient cruise ship goers. Good luck. All they hear is shuttle and load the bus. Attempt to give the shuttle driver the heads up but he didn't care. Just tell them to book you a cab."

"The units are not soundproof. One can hear everything (neighbours, road traffic, air planes). For that reason alone I think the rooms are overpriced. The airport shuttle runs on time and was the reason we chose this hotel."

"One elevator was out of service and the escalator smelled like hydraulic fluid, from the 3rd floor to the lobby. The place is due for a refresh, furniture is dated and our room looked a little tired. It doesn't help that the price doubled because of the marathon that was going on that day. Coffee was spilled in the one functioning elevator and it wasn't dealt with right away. It is too bad, because the location is great. We needed to catch a cruise the next day so great place to catch the train into town. So, disappointed and I don't think we'll stay there again."

"Overall, the room was clean but the pillows had an unpleasant smell. I liked the spacious lobby, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I found one female front desk staff member to be somewhat aloof. I was also disappointed with the check-in experience, I had specifically requested an early check-in and was assured that a room would be ready by the time I got to the hotel, but I ended up waiting approximately three hours."
