"We had so much fun at this property! Not too far from loon. Clean and great amenities (we loved the hot tub and the pool table). Hosts were very kind, accommodating, and communicative. My only note is beware the driveway gets very muddy and rutty when wet out- not for the faint of heart. I recommend having your friend with an SUV drive."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our get-away in the NH mountains! This location is convenient to so many things. Lovely mountain, great community center, and such a cozy, comfortable home to stay in! The master suite upstairs was very comfortable (window shades would improve both moonlight and morning sun disturbances). Bathrooms were clean and very well equipped with (healthier!) shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Soft, clean towels (bath towels are small, we prefer the size of the pool towels provided); kitchen is also well equipped with pantry items, service ware, cooking equipment. We have 3 teens, and the downstairs space was great for them. Parents of younger children may feel uneasy about littles being 2 floors below for sleeping, but for us, it was great. I would recommend the basement sofas moved upstairs. Much more comfortable, and it would remove the open stair-corner that kids want to go through to avoid going around the kitchen. Overall, a great space and hospitality! The tap water was so good - clear, cold, delicious. It tasted like it was direct from a mountain stream. This may sound weird, but we've been on vacations and the tap water is gross, which adds an unexpected expense and inconvenience to purchase water. Definitely recommend this property!"

"Property is in a wooded setting but is updated and well equipped as well as attractive. we all enjoyed the living area with cathedral ceiling and well equipped kitchen. We recommend two improvements: water in master bathtub does not get warm enough - not sure what the cause is since showers work fine. Also some mattresses probably should be replaced, in keeping with the high standard of care of this property. We had poor weather (rain every day after christmas) yet still had a warm and enjoyable stay in this home with our extended family."

"Me and a few friends stayed here for a couple days for a ski trip, and it did not disappoint! House was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. There were plenty of board games and things to do in the house for when we had down time, and the rec center nearby has plenty to do. Kathleen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions, and the check in and check out processes were very straightforward and easy. All in all we were very satisfied and had a great time, highly recommend this property especially if you are going on a trip to one of the many nearby ski mountains!"
