"Incredible elegance on the top of a mountain. Views are breathtaking. Detail to renovation and architecture cannot be described adequately. The staff are the best I have found worldwide. The meals are creative and so memorable as well as great guidance from the sommelier. Had a hard time leaving the property. Cannot wait to return "

"Scott and Steve were fantastic on a personal level. Their efforts at reviving this once tired property is astounding. Great job guys. The room was clean and roomy for us to move around. Bathroom was brand new and squeaky clean. Dinner was fantastic. I had an American hamburger which was delish! Welcome cuisine after a month of pasta and pizza!! "

"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

"It was an absolutely incredible stay, so much that we didn't want to leave! Everything was superb, from the transfer via private boat to the warm welcome, from the wonderful rooms to the delicious food served at the Villa's restaurant.
