"We were quite disappointed in the quality of this hotel. The room we stayed in had very dirty floors, the first thing noticed upon entering the room was a large toenail clipping in the middle of the floor, quite gross! The bathroom sink plumbing sprayed water everywhere, and there was evidence of water damage. The nice part of this hotel building was the pool. It was clean and well kept. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were great! We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. We are also surprised it has received 10 star ratings....this seems very inappropriate and misleading."

"The Hotel has a bad habit of sending 3 or 4 "important" emails a day that have no purpose, but each one requires you to log in to read. "

"Excellent location and great staff. Hotel is just outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. Carpet was old and stained, and paint peeling. But, bed linen was clean and bathroom was clean. "

"The hotel served its purpose. The staff was wonderful! The place was kept clean, the rooms are newly renovated, and there were places to eat around it. I was looking forward to hanging out at the pool however it’s in the middle of the parking lot with no chairs or tables around it so that was a very big disappointment."
