"Not even get Ice in hotel. Light issue is their those they have back-up system but AC is not working on back-up only ceiling fans are working. Dinning facility is not available in hotel."

"Cottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers "

"The stay was Ok. The scenic beauty around the property is good. The staying experience was below my expectation. The staff are friendly but service orientation is lacking. Probably not trained at all in that area. Food Ok."
