"when checking-out the staff wanted to double charge us for the room, despite the fact that it was prepaid. They did not apologize and it felt like they tried to take advantage of us. Further, we were not given any extra time to leave our car on the parking spot that we paid 20 Euro for. Nice room, good location, but the check-out smelled funny."

"Probably the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. The staff were all very friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient, spoke good English and assisted us with nearby restaurants. Parking was easy but 12 Euros a night extra. I was surprised to hear the hotel opened in November 2020 as it felt brand new."

"Staff were excellent and I was willing to help. Rooms are extremely clean functional and contained all the amenities needed. Rooms are quiet and dark. Restaurant had an excellent selection of seasonal menus. Location was extremely central. The breakfast was included and re-weld laid out nutritious and open for a long time so as to accommodate different sleeping habits"

"The facilities were excellent with a wash room which we needed. Easy access to u-bahn and s-bahn via local buses, but you need the MVGO app to pay for tickets. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Our room was next to the main road, so noisy until late at night, but other rooms face inwards. Would stay again."
