"We were pleased with our stay here. The front desk was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was very clean and had no odours. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our only slight problem was the air conditioning. It worked but didn’t get as cold as we would have liked. I think this is common in Spain but in Canada the air conditioning gets as cold as you want. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. They were delicious and had a good variety of food. They have a bakery oven at the buffet and they bake their own pastries…nice warm buns and pastries. The location was great. Thank you for a great stay."

The location is fantastic—situated right next to a mall, with easy access to trains and buses, making it a great choice for exploring the city. While breakfast was not included, it was available as an option, which was a nice touch. The overall experience was pleasant, and the hotel provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. "Modern, clean, friendly staff. The room AC was set at 26 Celsius and to bring the temperature down to 18 C it took about 8 hours. That caused some difficulties to conciliate our sleep. You probably can ask the staff to allow you to leave the room cooling for the day so it doesn’t take hours to reach the desire temperature."
