"This facility needs a facelift. Our room looked haggard, desperately needing a paint job. It smelled so strongly of bleach that we had to leave the windows open for the first day. One of the floor's toilets needed to be scrubbed on the underside of the seat for the entire 3 days we were there, and the soap dispenser did not work despite the fact that we notified the front desk staff. "My flight was delayed and I arrived late for their business hour they told me that nobody was going to be at the front desk till 11 pm so I went to have dinner before arriving. I was there 5 minutes before 11 and I called their "emergency assistance phone" cause it was lonely outside the guy was rude! I could find the way into the rooms because it was confusing because there were apartments too. and he just said find it it's clear and it's not 11 yet! I just wanted to sleep after 18h of flying...
