"Absolutely fantastic customer service + breakfast + cleanliness. Loved it so much that I booked it again for my second trip to Barcelona. It is close to airport. Far from city center but well worth the commute. Newer hotel. Staff is super helpful. Will stay again here. Highly recommend. "

"The reception and room staff was always nice and helpful. The restaurant staff, however, seemed to always be in a hurry for someone else. Hard to get waited on and then they didn't deliver one of our parties dinner at all. They had to go make it when we got their attention. Did not offer dessert. Some of the wait staff was very cordial but others needed a course in how to work with the public. Food was good!!"
