Located in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Eastern Mallorca, this charming villa with a private pool is ideal for 9 guests.



The villa is 10-15 minutes by car from the beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, the city of Manacor with restaurants and shops and the Son Servera golf course. You can visit the picturesque towns of Artà and Capdepera, the Artà caves, party in Cala Ratjada or enjoy a day with family at the safari zoo in Cala Millor.



Although there are so many things to do in Mallorca, you will surely love to come home; swimming in the pool or organizing a barbecue with friends. The 10 x 4 meter chlorine pool with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 meters is surrounded by a terrace with 9 sun loungers and some umbrellas. A pool towel is available per person. The stone facade regulates the temperature, making it very pleasant during the summer.



The decoration of the rooms is a mix of elegance and modernity and the natural stone walls give an authentic touch to the rooms. The living room with satellite TV and wifi is equipped with a wood stove and a comfortable sofa. The open kitchen is next to the living room with a gas stove and dishwasher, among other things. The dining room with a large dining table invites you to spend evenings with family.



Four of the five rooms with a closet have a double bed, while the fifth room has 1 single bed; all are equipped with air conditioning. An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as two separate shower bathrooms, a washing machine, an iron, and a crib upon request complete the equipment.

The air conditioning is available from 8 am to 9 pm.



In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a secure Visa/MasterCard payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Eigentlich schöne Finca aber mit Potential nach oben

Die Finca ist an sich sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Beim genaueren Hinschauen am Anreisetag haben wir gemerkt, dass die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig lässt: Schmierige Ablagen (besonders in der Küche), Haarebüschel in der Dusche, Abfluss sehr stark verstopft, Ameisen in der Küchen Schublade, Pool war sehr trüb bis ohne Vorankündigung jemand zum Säubern vorbeigekommen ist. Außerdem waren Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm kaputt. Die Klimaanlage hatte eine schwache Leistung bis sie die letzten beiden Nächte garnicht mehr funktionierte. Da die Klimaanlagen nur in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden sind und nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten kühlen, war es in der Finca im allgemeinen sehr warm.
