We came into town a day before our cruise and just needed a clean, safe place Near Port to rest our heads that was reasonably priced and this meat all the checks. It was just like staying at a friends house and just going down the hall to use the rest room. It was clean, quiet and there were resturant and stores in walking distance. "Bit of an odd concept. No front desk. Just scan a qr code at a key box and receive your room keys. Quaint lift. Must have been nearly 100 years old. Generally good basic facilities but clean and secure. Just what was needed."

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Some of their staff are rude and unwelcoming, they charge like a hotel but don’t clean your room (was there 9 days). I knew there was a shared bathroom but during the second weekend they closed two bathrooms for private rooms and left only ONE shower and ONE toilet for 10 rooms. It is extremely bad, not even that close to gothic quarter to even make it worth. "

"The lady was lovely and very helpful at times. However, this is not a hotel and should not be advertised as one, as it is just a spare room in a ladies apartment. Very disappointed in the room and the property. I cannot stress enough that the lady was lovely and would be a brilliant air bnb host. The property was just inaccurately described and incredibly overpriced."

"Large apartment. Suitable for up to six people easily. Much more than my lonesome self. Immediate neighborhood just okay. Nothing really to do. Feels very local. Kids playing on block. A bit noisy at times. Apartment is well prepared. Very good communication with host. Self check in and check out. I did have a few issues that I didn't report to host, so didn't ask them to fix anything. I was just there for very short while. But the issues may impact others: 1) wifi performance very inconsistent....

"We loved this hotel location and convenience. We also appreciated the layout of the family bunk room which gave us plenty of space and comfortable beds. The rooftop restaurant and bar is terrific too. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, especially Saray who helped multiple times with interpreting train schedules, routes, and ticket purchases to the Vall de Nuria in the Pyranees. We had a great stay!"
