"We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. "The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. The room itself was probably newly renovated with nice bathrooms and wood floors. We were jet lagged so didn't have the energy to see Naples and our primary goal was to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento. I would highly recommend staying here."
