She even helped carry our luggage, explained in great detail how everything works and even gave us historic background on the building itself as well as great places to eat and offered to get us tickets and a private taxi to show us around. Ana at the complementary breakfast is wonderful, ready to get us whatever we need, made me fresh eggs to order, very pleasant and kind. The room was amazing everything worked perfect, ice cold air...

"Definitely in a busy location, was overwhelming to find the property initially but once we found a parking garage and were able to walk to the doorway- the rest was a breeze. Very easy check in process. Some good restaurants below just like I said above, very busy and lots of garbage. We had kids with us and would have liked to use the outdoor space across the street. The room itself was pristine!"
