"I don’t think I can fault this hotel! The hotel and facilities are breathtaking, but more importantly for me was the professionalism of the staff and how helpful they were! We had an early train trip and they organised my taxi and gave us a breakfast box to takeaway. I’m looking forward to exploring the other hotels when we come back to Italy. "

"Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. "
