The communication before the trip with the resort was great because they gave us all inside access on how to successfully get to and from the island. "We stayed at the Hotel Agave in late April. This was a beautiful hotel, everything was awesome! The staff was amazing, in the morning there are great Italian pastries and a full breakfast with excellent cappucino. The hotel is easily accessible set back from the road so it is quiet at night and in the morning. The rooms are clean and spacious with maybe the most comfortable beds in Europe. The staff was great, patient with my Italian and so kind. There is a red clay tennis court and picturesque pathways around the hotel where we took evening walks. Stop in the Q8 for a great pannini or pasta of the day. Safe gated parking and a gas station at the bottom of the hill. We had an amazing time, and will be back-- most highly recommended!"
