"We had a wonderful stay in Ischia with our family. There were 9 of us and the villa was perfect. It was a great location near the port, Fiorenzo was very helpful throughout our stay. "Wonderful, clean accommodations. Gorgeous setting on the edge of the sea! Responsive host. You definitely need a car. The driveway is not for the faint of heart however! Beautiful sunsets and cute cats. We went off season but were still able to enjoy the hot tub. "

"Really nice part of the island and great local beach amd thermal pools. Lovely village with great restaurants. Very steep roads if not driving. There is air con but not allowed to use it which was strange. Seemed well equipped but we didnt eat in. Bit basic amd a bit dark but perfect for what we needed."

"This house was a perfect home base from which to explore the island. Francesco was very helpful, even arranging for a taxi to take us from the port to the house. It’s an easy walk to Ischia Ponte (if you don’t mind a couple of hills!), which has great restaurants and shops, and of course, Castle Arogonese. Easy bus or taxi access to see the rest of Ischia. We loved our stay at il Lauro Villa and would definitely stay here again!"
