"We didn't get the e-mail with the codes to the doors. The wifi doesn't connect to the internet. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The place lokks abandoned from the inside. The room wasclean when we arrived. The inside of the place looks nice. "

The bathroom was not that clean and there was no air conditioning (it was very hot). The staff alone are worth staying there. "

"Our family of 6 loved staying at this quaint villa tucked amongst the vines & the olive trees of Tuscany. Magnificent views, great pool, lovely outdoor area, country kitchen and cozy beds with air conditioning. It is conveniently located near villages with restaurants, shops etc, but nicely distanced so your stay is more like a retreat from the noise. I would highly recommend this for a family vacation! The owners were very welcoming and helpful if you need tips/tours. They’re chefs and can also cook for you & take you truffle hunting. We didn’t book that, but it is a great option for visitors. "
"We had a fabulous stay! Absolutely stunning grounds, amazing pool and pool area and our apartment was so well equipped. Very luxurious! We very much appreciated the bottle of wine and Olive oil from the estate and would have loved to do the winery tour if it weren’t for having the kids with us!
We felt we managed the perfect balance of relaxation with getting out and about and visiting places, it is in a great location to be able to do this.
The only couple of points I would suggest is more regular towel change would have been appreciated and a long handled brush or vacuum cleaner as 6 days without being cleaned (cleaning is weekly) is a long time with kids! "
"Our stay was excellent. Location, location, location. Small town atmosphere while within reach of anywhere you wanted to go in Tuscany. Sylvia was the best hostess! The “feel at home” stay after spending time touring Tuscany is second to none. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to both tour Tuscany and feel like a local living in Tuscany at the same time. And the swimming pool was awesome. Absolutely perfect in each and every way!!!"

Communication is top notch throughout. And WOW does the property deliver with beautiful grounds, an excellent pool experience, amazing bedroom and bathroom spaces, and toast worthy sunsets. "We had a wonderful stay in this little castle hideaway. We had 3 glorious weeks in Italy, and this was our favorite spot of the trip. Cindy was a wonderful host, giving us great tips and very useful connections. The food in the town was also excellent, just steps away from your door. We are only telling our closest friends about this place however, as we want to be able to go back. May we suggest that others that stay here follow the same policy.."
