"We booked about one year ahead of our stay. The interaction we had with our host was greatly appreciated and upon arrival we were in awe as it was more than we expected. The views, pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms were what was expected. The table at the entry way superseded anything that we expected or encountered. "This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. "Didier and his wife were the perfect hosts. The property is brand new! We were the first to stay. Absolute luxury and convenience. We stayed in winter but we would return for summer to use the pool. Perfect location in Umbria to go to Siena Assisi and Gubbio. Foligno is centrally located and the house was perfect for 6 of us. We will return!!"

The house is perfectly located for short trips to Assisi, Perugia, Lago Trasimeno and slightly further afield to a number of places in Tuscany such as Siena. Olimpia and Elena are fantastic hosts. "Our villa was a traditional building but with more modern facilities which was a perfect mix. Set high in the hills with a magnificent view it was a wonderful location once you got used to driving up there!! The owner was there to meet us, show us around and advise on dinner etc. The surrounding view and area is stunning, peaceful and in the countryside. The rooms are large with en suites. The kitchen is more than adequate for self catering. This property is a must, thank you for letting us stay."
