"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"My family of 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay at Collazzone the house suited our needs as there where 5 different family's and we all enjoyed the house and the grounds,the pool and hot tub and games room were all used at different times. Cristofo the gardener and main contact was a joy despite the language difficulty, we would recommend this property"

"Didier and his wife were the perfect hosts. The property is brand new! We were the first to stay. Absolute luxury and convenience. We stayed in winter but we would return for summer to use the pool. Perfect location in Umbria to go to Siena Assisi and Gubbio. Foligno is centrally located and the house was perfect for 6 of us. We will return!!"

Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. "No complaints from my family and I. The house is beautiful and has a great town view from the mountain. I really enjoyed driving the roads leading up to the home. A true Italian adventure. We also enjoyed making paste with Bararabra and her mother. We enjoyed listening to music and making the meal of a 4 hour period. We intend to return"

"Terrific location, comfortable & relaxing. Unfortunately a number of aspects detracted from the quality of a delightful place. Kitchen was very poorly equipped & many basic items were not provided e.g. simple cleaning materials, rubbish bags, chopping board, serving utensils, wine glasses etc etc. The table was broken & wobbly, kitchen lighting terrible. The house has a ton of space, a huge pool and is surrounded by some of the most beautiful views we have ever seen. Not to mention the endlessly fascinating wildlife! "Fabio and his aunt Paola are wonderful hosts. This property is absolutely beautiful. The gardens are stunning and set amongst the family’s olive grove with a view of Assisi across the valley.
