"This place was pretty amazing Jonathan the waiter excellent service the food very yummy Daniella the snow cones she is the one make possible you eat a snow cones before you eat one. I really recommend this hotel amazing with excellent staff."

"This is such a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. However, the rooms where my family and I stayed were not as clean. There were dead bugs along the window ledge. The night stands had dust. The bedsheets in one of the rooms had hair in them, and I also found a dead bug in the bed by the pillow. The worst part of it all was the shower. They gave me a room with a broken showerhead, and when I found out, the staff had not arrived yet and I needed to get ready for my next destination....

"We arrived late but the security guard made it easy for us to park. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. The access to the lake is so close to the property. The double bedroom that we booked was more than enough. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Lago de Coatepeque."
