"The room was clean at check in, but never swept afterwards. Tumble weeds of hair always there, everything dusty ( I cleaned it, you are welcome) the toiled was plugged or would not flush at least 2 times a day! This was the must frustrating part because I was always worried about using the bathroom at nigh or in an emergency. The front star was awesome! Always! The bar tender slash room service, slash front desk, slash learning to be a cook was alway great and over worked, he was everywhere!!! Always had a smile and super happy to have a conversation. He requires a major pay rise!! I will never stay in this hotel again. The beds are very small NOT a QUEEN! The birds on the windows are too thin. I can hear the birds all night long and I was no where beer the elevator, but could hear every ding. The AC was perfect! The towels suck! Breakfast was good the first day....but really? No change? It was not worth the money for this hotel other than the location and free parking."

"So it was so good because I like swimming with my family and friends. The staff were beyond amazing, courtesy and professional, a big shout out to Jose and Diego! I really enjoy my stay and this place will be my prefer accommodations ever time I visit Mérida! "

"Old and moldy smell rooms. El primer cuarto no servía el aire y me dijeron que el filtro estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a las 10 de la noche además, El hotel con capacidad de más del 50% y me mandan a la esquina más lejana y con la vista más fea."

"Acter waiting an hour to check in, they took us to a dirty room. Then we were told it was 150 to park, then when we went to park, it changed to 175. The staff refused to help. After leaving because we had no other option with the car and our stuff, we tried to have expida contact them, the emailed and called with no response. Save your money and avoid. Worst experience we have ever had. "

"All the restaurants in this hotel were amazing. The food did not lack for flavor. Would recommend to anyone. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The service in the hotel was fantastic. No one was ever rude to us. "
