"Very nice but came at a high price. Parking was a bit annoying dealing with a parking garage that charged regardless of staying at the hotel, we had our room forgotten to be cleaned one day but they made it right after letting them know. Good central location but less peaceful than other options at this price."

"This was my fourth time staying at this hotel, and I continue to enjoy coming back. The location is one of the best things about it. It is conveniently located near the harbor, and if you enjoy walking, you can take beautiful walks along the water. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so you really do not need to drive once you are there. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the complimentary happy hour every evening from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. It is such a nice touch and a great way to relax at the end of the day. Overall, this is a great hotel in Santa Barbara with a wonderful location and welcoming staff. After four stays, I would definitely come back again."
