"Excellent price and location. The only two hiccups- the guest sheet listed pool opening at 8:30 am and an employee started cleaning the pool at that time instead, which took an hour. The guest sheet also listed check out at 10 am vs. Expedia listing it at 11 am on the resevation. A definite discrepancy if attempting pool time that morning ahead of check out, which of course was impacted by the late cleaning. Overall will stay again, but hoping for more timely pool maintenance that aligns with...

"This was the perfect fit for a quick getaway. Very clean and comfortable."

"The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area."

"If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in the Zion area, this is obviously an option. The hosts make sure you have all you need and provide a spacious, clean basement apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The extra sofa bed in the living space is very comfortable, so if you need it, you can count on it for a good night's rest! The complete kitchen has it all, even peanut butter in the cupboard! Great Wi-Fi and parking too. The only thing missing for a long stay is a laundry...

"My wife and I needed a place to stay one night while we went to a concert at Tuachan. We were really impressed by the clean look and layout of the place! There is a lot to like about this place. Of the hundred great things about the place, there was only one negative. The king mattress was quite uncomfortable for me. I was awake multiple times during the night with back and shoulder aches I don't normally have."

"Our stay in this rental was comfortable. We came to do some hiking and other activities and have a place to kick back and relax at night. This filled our need. Comfortable bed and a great bathroom with large shower! It could have used some more comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with minimum basics. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"The condo was clean and had all of the amenities and anything one might have forgotten (i.e. toiletries) which was a nice touch. Was able to speak to the owner for any issues. The only critique is a couple of rooms appeared to be add ons and didn't have air conditioning vents and got stuffy (had ceiling fans in at least one). Would stay there a again."
