Several mornings we needed a taxi at 6:30 or 7:30 and the front desk person set it up the night before without any issues. "We have stayed here twice. It is a relaxing oasis away from the bustle of downtown Barcelona. A short walk down the hill to the train into the city. Only 15 minutes by car to airport. Older part of the hotel feels authentically Spanish, charming."

The nightlife vide was excellent! It's a good 30 minute walk to the port so you may wish to consider booking a taxi, but we managed to wheel our cases easily to the port. The hotel itself is not modern in appearance but has a unique and traditional charm from the high ceilings, sweeping staircases and views of La Ramblas. ...
