"I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The room was extremely stuffy and poorly ventilated, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the room was dirty — there was dust everywhere, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and it just felt unhygienic overall. The staff were also very unfriendly and unhelpful. Whenever we asked for assistance, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in solving any issues. Customer service was clearly not a priority here. I would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better options available for the price."

"The place is older and tries to keep up with the name prince using royal and classical decorations. But it makes up for that with an amazing staff a great included free breakfast buffet and a gem of a hidden away bar, that is like something out of Narnia. "

"I booked this for my mom and sister via Expedia. I messaged the property to ask if there is anything I could send them to ensure smooth checkin for them. The property never responded via Expedia. My sister called the day before and was assured there will be no problem. On the actual day, the staff made checkin difficult due to this fact and was challenging who spoke to my sister the day before. It really dampened the impression of their stay. Otherwise, the hotel was an excellent location when you need to do something in the baywalk area. Very close to US embassy. The hotel is old but clean. My sister had no issues with the stay except for the check in experience. The concern is not about being asked proof of checkin. It’s the poor communication."

"Very very bad I don’t recommend any body visit this hotel 1- mold in the room and shaver aria 2- from 6 am no way you can sleep noise from church all the time music plus every 1/2 hours to many rings from the church 3-shover aria and Hand sink was plugged and water not going to the drain 4- is not safe aria at all 5- all towels was very very old 6- all blankets and cover sheets was very old 7- tv not working I ask front desk they sent technician but he couldn’t do anything for 3 nights we didn’t have tv 8- inside room telephone not working you have to go downstairs and talk to them In general I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone "

"The hotel was very convenient and located inside Intramuras wall. Always felt safe walking in the area. Near historical sites and museums and a lovely rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was very good"
