"What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!"

"This is an absolutely amazing boutique hotel. It is beautiful and right on the lake. We stayed in a suite with a balcony with incredible views. It is also very close to the park/nature reserve which was great. It is close to the dock to catch the boats to the other towns on the lake as well. We enjoyed the spa’s sauna and cold plunge and the food at the restaurant was very good. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We loved San Marcos and this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"La habitación cumplió con las expectativas en cuanto a la limpieza, el desayuno con la vista del lago no tiene precio y definitivamente el área de los jardínes con el lago como paísaje brinda un beneficio adicional a la estancia que muchos hoteles del área no cuentan."
