The service was nothing like I've experienced before, I felt like a king at the resort. There were plenty of activies at the resort. Plus, you can book events outside the resort and most provide transportation to and from the event.The rooms are very nice and modern with updated light and controls. I would recommend getting a room with a swimout pool becuase the pool close at 6 PM. With the swimout pool, you can hang in the pool any time.

The resort is a 10/10 overall. The breakfast and lunch buffet are a 5/10 to me because the food was NOT hot unless you got a fresh omelet or fresh pasta station.
However all of the dinner restaurants are amazing! The Mexican and Italian restaurants were my favorite!!!

Each day started at the beach- so nice! Water was great. Beach/water shoes were not needed. We got our chairs early, often before 9. They fill up fast! I loved doing yoga each morning on the beach- AMAZING!
We went up to the pool for lunch. Carlos usually did the grill next to the pool- he was AMAZING! BEST cheeseburgers!
We did go back to the pizzeria once for lunch- a total mistake! Poor organization.

All the staff were excellent. Only thing is Hilton just bought this property from Dreams. During the change over process it is NOT an adult only property. Till old Dreams client reservations are honored; there will be children on property. Shows, food, grounds everything was excellante! The scuba boats and equipment looks brand new.
