Hostel desorganizado.

Fiz a reserva pelo site de vocês no dia 02/01 e chegando ontem no hostel, o funcionário informou que não havia sido feito nenhuma reserva. Mostrei o documento da reserva e o mesmo alegou que eles não tem parceria com www.hoteis.com e que nem conheciam. Resultado, quase ficamos na rua, nossa sorte que encontramos um hotel, bem mais caro e não tão bom, mas o atendente super atencioso e prestativo, que nos conseguiu um vaga. O mesmo informou que esse pessoal do hostel tem esse hábito de deixar as pessoas na rua e cancelar as reservas para colocar outras pessoas. Então, talvez seria interessante excluir este hostel como parceiro.

このホステルは誰の為のもの？

評価が高かったので予約、宿泊しました。　 しかし、外気温が35℃を越え、室温も30℃を越えているのにエアコンを稼働させていません。　 また、スタッフも下着1枚で上半身は裸で顧客対応をしているうえ、スタッフが宿泊客ではない女性を共有スペースに入れて飲食、会話をしていました。 このホステルの男性使用箇所は会話や音が響くので非常に不愉快で迷惑でした。
