"This place is great! Staff was amazing, room was clean and spacious. The bistro on site serves amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate there for every meal during our stay and never had a bad meal. The only downside was the sargassum. We were there in April for spring break and it was bad. The beach was unusable, which was a shame. The pool was nice and since it's a small resort, it never felt crowded. We would definitely come back!"

"The room chosen was listed as having 4 beds with a capacity for 8persons, however upon check in they told us the listing was inaccurate and there was only 3 beds for a capacity of 6. This made the sleeping arrangements significantly less comfortable than planned which was the entire basis of choosing this particular property; nevertheless we made it work. The room itself was clean upon check-in but we had to request toilet paper everyday because house keeping didn't automatically add new ones each day. This was a bit inconvenient. location is good, the pool is great. "

"Our cabana had 2 beds, for 3 persons cabana #3. Description was real and honest, A/C worked and helped with the bar noise. The beach was taken care of, clean, all recommendations were spot on and appreciated. The cabana did not have the second doors with the net only. The water pressure in the shower seemed weak, but it was enough even to wash my long hair, so no problem. We would appreciate more hooks on the walls or a stool to put our suitcase on. We had amazing 3 nights!"

"The rooms were lovely with amazing beach access and views, beach bar and pool. Lovely beds and pillows, showers etc. Very tasteful and clean. The real stand out is the staff. Teresa at the front desk made our stay absolutely magical. She went above and beyond, even helping arrange a surprise proposal, many activities and romantic outings. Every staff member was just so accommodating, attentive and compassionate. Truly an amazing stay right in the heart of placencia village steps from many fun, colorful and delicious food and drink. "
