"The Room we stayed has a hole in the ceiling and spots like they n were working on the ceiling. The sink did not have a working plug. The bed and mattress were not even, the bed stuck out making it dangerous to hit your legs. The bedside table has permanent stains."

"The staff was professional and helpful. They provide Uber to the Square and returned. Breakfast was good. I was disappointed that we were there 5 nights and they did not provide room cleaning and refresh towels. Someone told me that service is generally not provided anymore anywhere. I would stay there again."

"The room was nice, average for the area. It was very clean and in good shape. The employees were helpful and pleasant. The weather was raining for most of our stay, which required a lot of time spent in the room. There was only one straight back hard chair for sitting. The only other place to sit was on the bed. The shower leaked on the bath room floor every time it was used."

"First off - the place is really cute and fairly quiet. Had a decent stay. Initial check-in person was not helpful and seemed to not be happy to be working. Got a room with a fireplace - never got anything to burn in that fireplace. First night was fine (as the hotel had the system set for air conditioning) so our room had air conditioning and stayed cool. The second night (the hotel had the system set for heating) so our room was HOT, too hot to sleep. Since the hotel sets the system - you CANNOT get air conditioning when they set the system to heat."
