The exteriors of this house are ready for your enjoyment thanks to the salt swimming pool that measures 9 metres long and 4.5 metres wide, with a depth that ranges from 1.20 metres to 1.70 metres. It is ideal for spending time cooling off with your companions during the hot summer. The terrace has 4 sun loungers where you can sunbathe, or on the green lawn. There is a perfect porch furnished and ready to enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue.

Once inside the house, distributed on one floor, it starts with a large and luminous room where the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are located. You will be able to enjoy evenings under the air conditioning watching movies thanks to the Smart TV in the living room. As for the kitchen, it is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook delicious dishes during your stay. When it comes to sleeping, there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with A/C and wardrobes. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds together, one of which has an en-suite bathroom complete with shower. A second bathroom with bathtub serves the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. Finally, the house has a washing machine and iron that you can use during your stay.
