"Excellent hotel, breakfast was excellent"

"The night representative at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative. I had a taxi reservation arranged through the hotel; however, my flight was cancelled due to a strike at FCO Airport. I called the front desk at approximately 4:45 a.m., but no one answered, so I went downstairs to inform the staff that I needed to cancel the reservation. The representative immediately became upset and argumentative. I assume he may have been sleeping in the back when I came down to the desk. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful during an already difficult travel situation."

"Still waiting for the original booking to be credited back to us as the check in person indicated. Location was great,right down town close to the pantheon. Did not try the breakfast, looked too expensive for what you would receive. Room was a good size, just no room for clothing outside your suitcase."

"The hotel was in a great central location, clean and tidy. The Staff were great. Very helpful. The Expedia profile said that breakfast was available which one would assume would be free...it wasn't and it was limited and expensive...just hit the bakery around the corner. The profile said that there was a 24 hour shuttle from to and from the airport. There was none. They were happy to call a taxi but any hotel will do that for you. Shuttle service to and from the airport was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. Otherwise...it was just lovely."

"The rooms very small, in another building. Looks more like an air b and b than an hotel. No Concierge or butler To help you in the othre building. No shampoo in the bath. Very Clean,well ubícated, but expensive for what It offers. I would not go back again. "

"Had an amazing stay in the Junior Suite. The hotel is in the perfect place to do all the sightseeing. The trevi and Spanish steps being round the corner and the pantheon and piazza navona are no more than a ten minute walk away, a walk to the Colosseum was 20mins."
