The hotel was spotlessly clean with helpful staff. We stayed for 5 nights and over that time had Prosecco, fresh fruit and cake left in our room for us. The hotel was ideally situated near the Pantheon, close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum as well as nice restaurants

I was very disappointed after reading it was rated so high. I don’t get it. There was nothing “exceptional” about the property except perhaps for the location. Not the rooms, not the breakfast, not the room amenities. It was OK if you get a really good price for this 3 star hotel.

The room is very well design is very spacious city like Rome. The location is very good. Walking distance to major attractions and excellent restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though the street is tight, the Taxi from airport has no trouble to get into. The hotel also offer for a private transportation with better cars. No problem with air conditioning or hot waters Wi-Fi works very well as well.
We stay at the junior suite. And the sofa bad is for our two young kids.
Nice and cute breakfast area with well preferred food, and coffee

Our stay here in Rome was amazing, staff was very accomodating and professional. Room was clean, large amd well finished. Location could not be better, right next to the pantheon and can walk to all the major attractions in Rome in 20mins or less.

Super friendly staff, excellent location and great size room. The deluxe double was huge! The staff use WhatsApp to communicate with you when you’re out and about which is very helpful. Check in and out was very smooth. Would return.

The staff were incredible and very attentive and friendly (Eleanora and Valeria). The hotel room was lovely and new and we loved the decor and style. Bathroom had an enormous shower and separate toilet room. Rooms facing the street can be a little noisy from the restaurants but noise is over by 11pm.

We would stay here again. Limited hours for check in which differed from Expedia information. It was a bit tricky to respond to email request and give an accurate rival time when we were travelling. The lady was very friendly at check in and the lady in the breakfast area was also friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly redecorated and we looked out onto a lovely garden area. The location was great for us, being close to the train station and the sights in Florence we wanted to see.

our stay was excellent. the staff is very attentive and were most welcoming upon our arrival. Flavias personal attention to our stay was exceptional…very warm, knowledgeable and most accommodating. the only improvement that we might suggest is improving on the lighting in the room. we found it to be somewhat dark. perhaps higher wattage lightbulbs might help. Beds were very comfortable and linens were great. very pleased with our stay!!!!

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel with potential to be the best. Some minor details to sort out but considering they’ve just opened I’m convinced they will have it in place soon. Room was beautiful, good bed and commodities. After a hot day in Rome we found heaven in the perfectly air conditioned room. Service was unpeckable! 10/10!

Perfect stay, highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimora Coppelle – everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. They replied quickly to any requests and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The hotel itself is charming and ideally located, just a short walk from most of the main attractions, with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés right on the doorstep. We would happily stay here again and can warmly recommend it to others. 😊

Would absolutely recommend the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, assisted with any questions we had and requests. The location was so convenient, we basically walked everywhere to the major locations. The room was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. The listing initially said there was no lift, not true there was one working when we stayed. The staff had mentioned that they would have other facilities opened later on, so will definitely be back!

The service is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. I love the double showers. The only problem is that this area is not serviced by the subway and buses can be crowded, so if you have luggage you must either pay 25 euros from termini station for a cab or squeeze into a hot crowded bus for 2 euros.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo delle Coppelle in Rome for 4 nights with my wife and two kids. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality really set the tone for our stay. We stayed in the suite with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a clear separation between the bedroom and the sofa bed area, which allowed both the adults and the kids to have their own space and privacy. The large bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the room was stocked daily with water, juice, and yogurt, which was a nice touch. One of the standout features of our stay was the little extra touches – like the amazing in-room massage service that we were able to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing. It was a lovely surprise and made the experience even more special. As for the location, it couldn't have been better. The hotel is right in the heart of Rome, close to major landmarks, bars, restaurants, and shops. We could easily walk to the main attractions, which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend the suite at Palazzo delle Coppelle for families. The combination of spacious accommodations, excellent service, and unbeatable location made for a memorable stay. Would definitely stay here again!
