"Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. "

"Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! "

On the first day, the staff provided a kind and thorough explanation, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The thoughtfully arranged amenities were also impressive. "Die Hotelanlage war wunderschön gestaltet. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet und es gab genug Abstellflächen. Der Außenpool wurde abends noch gerne von unserem Sohn genutzt. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, sondern wurde zubereitet und war immer sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich gleich bei Ankunft wohl gefühlt und wurde bei Abreise noch bis ans Tor gebracht und verabschiedet. Nochmal ganz lieben Dank an Dennis der mit seiner herzlichen...
