"Housekeeping knocked on our door twice the day we were checking out asking when we were leaving. Check out is at noon and they asked at 9 am and 11 am. Not a good way to end our stay, feeling rushed out of our room. The connecting room to our king bed suite had no A/C. Just a fan. The place is meh. "

"Needs larger breakfast area, just a small bar and one couch, elbow to elbow dining. But mostly: Put some HOOKS on your bathroom doors and in the room! Why is every hotel too cheap to do this? Just get a cheap bar of hooks off Amazon for coats, robes, etc for the room, and NO hotel bath door should be without towel hooks! NO, they do not dry on towel racks in a wet bathroom, especially with 2 or more people. Dont you use hooks at home? Coathooks, at least!"

"Great hotel for people like us who want to explore a city on foot. Wonderful restaurants in house and nearby. Great coffee house (A’roma) very near. Room was nice and clean. Free bottled water daily. "

"Location and parking was easily accessible. I LOVED our room. It was very beautifully curated and clean. We stayed in a King Suite, which was very spacious. While I slept great and enjoyed the gardens outdoors, our room did not have hot water. We contacted the front desk and they quickly addressed the issue. Unfortunately, by the next morning, the hot water was out again. We stayed two nights, so I did not reach out again on the second day. I would love to stay here again, but not big on cold showers. This may have been a one off. Otherwise, property is lovely and in a great neighborhood. "
