The location was walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches. Our room was located next to a loading door so we heard a lot of banging around with deliveries early in the morning. "Very nice and helpful staff and that is quite rare for hotels in Mallorca in my experience. (I have stayed in many hotels all across Mallorca over many years). The location is great, being so close to Cala Santanyi. I encourage the staff to continue to be polite and helpful and to treat customers with respect. This differentiates them from the majority of hotels in Mallorca, many of which have staff that do not actually like tourists or foreigners, and even resent them. The only issue I found was that there is only one elevator to go to the rooms and the elevator is rather small, so you can find yourself waiting a long time for the elevator and then not getting in with others because it would be too many people for the space."
