Great place to stay in Santiago

The hotel staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms were very clean and modern. It was located within walking distance to a huge shopping complex with many stores and places to eat.

Excellent hotel, Junior Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location in Vitacura- very safe neighbourhood. A really really good breakfast (better than good - excellent), attentive staff and extensive selection of breakfast foods. The public spaces and bars are quirky (in a nice way) and they mix abosolutely awesome cocktails! The only downside is the Club Lounge - a little lacking in both amenities and service - if you're staying in a room with access to the club lounge do not have breakfast there, go to the restaurant on -1.

They charge for everything

Unlike other hotels in the city they do not provide complimentary water or coffee pods. Rather they will charge you an excessive amount for these items. Not a 5 star experience.
