The Guest Lounge was understaffed outside the happy hour and basics like coffee milk and water unavailable. It is offensive to expect guest to pay for a coffee in their room. The room service was average. Breakfast was really good and all the staff were friendly.

Horrible hotel/ untrained staff

Had a very nasty experience in this so called "luxury" hotel. The front desk staff on duty at 2345 local time on 21 November, 2022 deliberately allocated me the worst possible room in the hotel without a working air conditioner. he punished me, because he said, I had not booked directly via "Marriott bonvoy" but via 3rd party side - Hotels.com. Despite my repeated requests, he did not change my room and I could not get absolutely any sleep though I had paid 200 usd for the room. Furthermore, I offered to pay another 200 usd, (over and above the 200 usd I had already paid for the room), as there were many empty rooms the hotel but he still refused to change my room. I request senior management to change this person from duty immediately as he is very toxic and not helping the reputation of your property. he need to be put for housekeeping or cleaning dishes. If you are a business traveler, I do not recommend this hotel as there was too much noise from street and the AC did not work the whole night.

Um hotel 4 estrelas

Apesar de se classificar como um hotel 5 estrelas o hotel fica no máximo em um 4 estrelas. O atendimento é básico e faltam básicos de 5 estrelas. Falta desde uma atenção maior no check in, até uma atenção maior no check out. a arrumação do quarto deixa a desejar, esqueceram de trocar as toalhas e de recolocar os copos. O café da manhã é bom e a localização é boa.
