The service was excellent overall, and Kaew stood out with her exceptional care. She was so friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make everything feel special. The Mediterranean food at Trattoria@22 was fresh and really tasty, especially enjoying it with that poolside vibe. Breakfast in the executive lounge had a great variety too. Plenty of solid options to start the day. The pool area is beautiful. They have two stunning infinity pools. Our room had an amazing view over the Bangkok skyline. It was super relaxing and comfortable stay all around. I’d definitely go back."

"The rooms are well maintained and serviced every day. There is a 711 right outside and the airport is connected to a shopping center. At night there are street vendors selling items similar to other markets. Location is great. Platinum Fashion Mall, Centralworld, and Big C are within immediate walking distance, and if you’re the type who likes to walk the skybridge will bring you to Chit Lom or Siam stations, Siam Paragon, Discovery, and MBK Market."
