"Our room was very clean, loved the vinyl floors vs carpet… so much cleaner. Bed was so comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft! Bathroom was clean , the area was quiet. The breakfast was small but fresh and flavorful. It’s a great bang for your buck"

"A few friends and I met at this Possum Kingdom house to relax for a few days, cook out, and listen to music. It went as planned. The house is huge, more secluded than a lot of properties out there, and stocked with pretty much everything you need and want for a getaway, including a pool table and other games, a gas grill, and two refrigerators (one for food, one for beer). I had a little trouble with the code to unlock the front door on arrival, but the owners were responsive and helped me. Over the course of the weekend, we were treated to wildlife sightings, like Barbary sheep, roadrunners, and hawks. And we had some clear nights, so sitting on the deck and looking at the stars was a real treat for us city folk. One suggestion would be to add darker curtains in the living room to eliminate the glare on the TV during the day. I know we shouldn't have been watching TV when the view out the window was so gorgeous, but I don't get the Letterman TV channel at home and I love me some Dave. Highly recommended rental."
