"The day before we checked in host asked for a deposit - not on website. Still waiting to get back. Worst checkin process. Have to “fish” key from a locked mailbox. Not as described - 3rd room has a washer and dryer. Mattress and bed frame on the wall not ready. Broken tv in room. Location and building is well maintained. Building staff are polite."
