The property manager and his staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived after 1:00AM and the manager came to greet us and asked if we needed help with anything which was very nice of him.

This hotel is in a great location if you are going to or coming from the international airport. The staff speak English but there understanding is limited. We booked a two nice stay and told them we needed a 4 am shuttle on morning #2 (Tuesday). We were very tired and went to bed only to be awoken ...

This was our meeting place for a night (although we spent several night before) prior to a Nat Geo Great Migration Safari in Tanzania. The staff were friendly, helpful and all around best. The could not do enough for us. It was a delightful stay.
