One of the staff members took me to my room, carry my luggage and also ensure that I was able to get room service to my room. They also have a complementary shuttle to the airport, which is amazing. The property is so nice and the food is delicious when I come back I will definitely be staying in this hotel."

"This place is gorgeous! Staff is amazing, beautiful rooms, great food. Trust the process of getting there. The road in is a little discouraging, but you’ll be so happy when you arrive. Highly recommend for a nearby airport stay. "

"Overall, a nice stay. Beautiful views of Kilimanjaro from rooms. They made an effort to ensure our honeymoon was celebrated. Beds were very uncomfortable though (much too hard). This has been referenced by others. Dinner and breakfast was OK - choice and quality was limited due to everything being taken from the farm. We were shown around the farm and my wife was quite distressed to see the condition of some of the livestock. We mentioned to staff member showing us around and she was quite dismissive saying she was sure someone would have a look at it, but we were not convinced."
